Holouly is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure team alignment with Agile practices. This role focuses on boosting productivity, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting the delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions.

 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Scrum Master with average 5 years of experience to join our Agile team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and will work closely with different squads, to help them deliver high-quality results in a collaborative, transparent, and efficient environment. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting the Scrum process, facilitating key ceremonies, and helping to remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Support and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring these events run smoothly and efficiently.

2- Assist the team in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices to improve their effectiveness.

3-Identify and assist in removing any roadblocks or impediments that may hinder the team’s ability to meet their commitments.

4-Use data analytics to track team performance, including velocity, cycle time, and burn-down charts. Analyze patterns and trends to identify areas for improvement.

5-Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team reflect on their processes and identify areas for growth.

6-Assist in monitoring the progress of sprints and help ensure that deliveries are met according to the timeline and scope.

7-Build and maintain a positive team dynamic by promoting open communication, collaboration, and transparency.

8-Offer support and coaching to team members to help them grow in their understanding of Agile practices and guide them in self-organizing.

9-Maintain clear communication with team members, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations.

Qualification:

1- 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile support role, or as a team member working in an Agile environment.

2- A solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including key practices, roles, and ceremonies.

3-Scrum Master certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.

4-Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.

Required Skills:

1-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.

2-Strong ability to identify and remove impediments that may be hindering the team’s progress.

3- A collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork and building a positive, high-performing environment.

4-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and help the team adjust to new requirements or challenges.

5-Experience facilitating meetings and workshops to ensure productive discussions.

6-Experience coaching team members to grow their understanding of Agile methodologies.
